My responsibilities have grown over the years as I learn the real estate business from the ground up.  Today, my main duties include 
managing strip malls and handling the company’s financial obligations.  Furthermore, I am bookkeeper for three entities:  MFP Realty 
Holdings, LLC, the Sedona Company and the Monaco Family Trust, amongst other obligations associated with small business.

As a consultant, my main responsibilities varied from in/out-plant functions, including inspection and inventory, to clerical work and
data processing.  I also designed newsletters, brochures and other relevant notices for the sales and marketing division.

August 2000 to 	WPXI Channel 11 - Pittsburgh, PA
December 2000	Sports Intern

The chief responsibility of a sports department intern was chronicling sporting events and conducting post game interviews with 
professional athletes for the 11 p.m. newscast.  I also played a key part in writing and reporting for the weekly Skylights program which 
featured highlights and interviews from many of western Pennsylvania’s finest high school football players and coaches.   In addition, 
I received assistant producer credits for my duties on the television programs the Fedko Fone Zone and the Josh Miller Show.

As an Assistant to the President, I led the reorganization of the Creative Service Department and worked directly with head clothing 
designers.  I was also responsible for numerous administrative duties which included processing expense accounts, answering phones and 
supporting inventory management.

I began as a first year laborer where my work ethic eventually led to my promotion to a group crew supervisor.   As a supervisor, I led 
teams on landscape and construction jobs which included, but where not limited to, masonry work, the construction of retaining walls 
and ponds, landscape design, planting, and the operation of heavy machinery.

to enhance my proficiency in Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator, Premier, Encore and Photo Deluxe.  I possess an above average ability in 
Painter, Paint Shop, Movie Shaker and Sound Forge with a working knowledge of Digidesign Pro Tools and Sonic Foundry Vegas.   Additionally, my 
knowledge of HTML and JavaScript enables me to create websites (see below).  At the present time, I am working to improve my skills with 
Adobe After Effects, Microsoft Access, Screenwriter 2000 and the financial programs Quicken and QuickBooks Pro.  I work on a Windows 
platform but do have classroom experience with Macintosh machines.
